CARNICAS DE ARRIBA IN THE GOURMET FAIR

CARNICAS DE ARRIBA was in the edition XX of the Gourmet Fair,, celebrated from May 8 to May 11 at La Casa de Campo of Madrid. This event (with 1.208 exhibitors and 57.204 professional visitors) has turned into the major professional contest specializing in the product gourmet, being the best showcase of the select products that are produced or are sold in Spain.

Certain foods has gained the favor of the most demanding consumers thanks to their exquisite and definite flavor. The Iberian ham is part of the group of the delicatessen. These are products with pedigree, homemade. The high cost of this products really satisfy the consumers expectations.

CARNICAS DE ARRIBA IN THE GASTRONOMICAL FAIR OF THE MEDITERRANEO

INDUSTRIAS CÁRNICAS DE ARRIBA was present in edition 2005 of the "Gastronomically Fair of the Mediterranean", celebrated since 20 to 23 of June in the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga.
The Gastronomically Fair of the Mediterranean concluded its Second Edition with a very positive balance. The event attracted more than ten thousand people and the preliminary numbers indicate that the volume of businesses has surpassed with comfort the one of the last year.
INDUSTRIAS CÁRNICAS DE ARRIBA was represented in its stand, that gathered a sample of its more significant products, as well as new line of packaging.

THE HAM ALREADY CAN TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES

The authorities of EE. UU. have granted to the Spaniards the technical certification so that they certify as well to the slaughter houses that fulfill the practical standardises that prevail in this country. The decision opens the door to the Spanish meat companies that fulfill the requirements American. The opportunity is opened specially for the Iberian pig, the black leg, whose presence until now was restricted in this country, whose culinary critical praised.
And it is that the Spanish meat products that were exported to EE. UU. from 1998 came from animals sacrificed in slaughter houses of Denmark that yes fulfill the methodology of work demanded by the American authorities. Due to economic considerations and quality of the meat, it was not profitable to take there the Iberian pigs for its sacrifice. Now, hams, sausages and other products will be authentically Spanish, and in addition the Iberian will be able to be exported, of greater economic value and more prestige.
