Inside our installations we counted on extensive and intensive operations of pig cattle, which allows to a knowledge and exhaustive control us of the raw material from which we elaborated our products.

Our products meet the standard requirements of quality marked by the Regulating Counsel of the Denomination of Origin Guijuelo.
